This converter preserves the finished measurements of a size already provided by the original pattern. It adjusts the pattern's stitch and row values for the new gauge. It does not change the pattern's design or construction, and it does not create a new pattern.

Choose the size in the original pattern that has the finished measurements you want to preserve. Use measurements and pattern values from that same size throughout the input.

Enter stitches x rows = 10 cm / 4 inches.
